MODE OF PAYMENT
The total cost excludes:
– * Security deposit € 100,00
– Final cleaning € 50,00
– City tax € 1,50 per person per night
* A security deposit of € 100,00 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accomodation.
Arrival and departure
– CHECK-IN from 15:00-18:00
– CHECK-OUT from 09:00-10:00
– Minimum booking: 2 nights
Note: Please let us know the time when you expect to arrive. Total payment of stay will be paid upon arrival.
NOTE: Prices are per apartment per night. To confirm a reservation : a 30% deposit must be paid *, and the balance 70% must be paid upon arrival. In case of cancellation or no show, the deposit paid is not refundable.
Reservations for July,August, and New Year’s Day must be paid in full at time of booking.
